In the period of 2021 - 2025, the Party Committee and the Head of the Regional Command have led and directed the affiliated agencies and units to coordinate with local military agencies in the stationed areas to focus on the work of developing plans to join hands with local Party committees, authorities and people to participate in effectively implementing the work of hunger eradication, poverty reduction, and ensuring social security in the area, especially in difficult areas, remote island communes and districts.

Through the implementation of movements, there have been many good programs, models, and effective methods that have been recognized and highly appreciated by local Party committees and authorities, and actively responded by the people, such as: The mass mobilization program "Police accompany fishermen", "Island Tet" presented more than 11,000 gifts to policy beneficiaries, fishermen, and poor households; presented 45,200 national flags; 350 medicine cabinets and bags...

Colonel Nguyen Duc Hieu, Deputy Commander of Law Region 3 of the Coast Guard, commended the individuals.

The total value of gifts is over 10.6 billion VND; building and presenting 2 "great solidarity houses" in Phu Yen and Binh Thuan provinces; supporting the construction of 1 team house, 1 gratitude house with a total amount of 160 million VND; participating in examining and providing free medicine to policy families and poor households in the military areas of units under the Regional Command 3 times a year, examining over 2,500 people; coordinating the organization of 72 days of "Volunteer Saturday", "Green Sunday"; "Green March" Campaign...

Colonel Le Van Tu, Political Commissar of Coast Guard Region 3, delivered a concluding speech at the conference.

Thereby, 100 km of road, 50 km of coastline were cleaned, 15 tons of waste were collected, 1,500 trees were planted; the unit received and successfully rescued 34 vehicles and 62 fishermen and crew members and brought them ashore to hand over to the authorities to ensure safety; 16 bodies were recovered... In the past 4 years, the Coast Guard Region 3 Command has organized 25 "I love my homeland's sea and islands" contests with more than 170,000 students participating.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Le Van Tu, Political Commissar of CSB Region 3 acknowledged and commended the results achieved by agencies and units in the entire Region Command.

He requested that agencies and units continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the resolutions, directives and plans of superiors, especially the guiding documents on the emulation movement "The Army joins hands to build new rural areas" and the emulation movement "CSB joins hands for the poor - Leaving no one behind" for the period 2021 - 2025 and clearly identify the emulation movement as an important driving force to successfully complete the central political task; promote propaganda work on new rural construction to all cadres and soldiers; do a good job of mass mobilization to strengthen the flesh-and-blood relationship between the Army and the people, maintain and promote the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers - CSB soldiers".

On this occasion, the Command of CSB Region 3 awarded 5 collectives and 6 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing emulation movements.
