The special art program "He is Ho Chi Minh" was directed by the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Vietnam Television, Hanoi People's Committee, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Protection Command, Netmedia Joint Stock Company and related units in coordination to celebrate the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh.

The program took place at the historic Ba Dinh Square at 8:10 p.m. on May 18, broadcast live on VTV1 - Vietnam Television; rebroadcast on central and local television channels and digital media platforms.

This is a special art program that uniquely combines historical documents, animation and musical performances.

Many songs that have been around for years about Uncle Ho, the Party, and new compositions about President Ho Chi Minh are performed by young artists of revolutionary music and youth music with fresh colors.

The audience will hear again the songs: Listening to the ferry singing at night, missing Uncle Ho (An Thuyen); Footprints in the front (Pham Minh Tuan); mashup Party flag and Party is my life (Van An, Nguyen Duc Toan); Each step makes me love my country more (Ho Bac), Last night I dreamed of meeting Uncle Ho (Xuan Giao), Who loves Uncle Ho Chi Minh more than children (Phong Nha)...

The art program "You are Ho Chi Minh" also brings together artists such as: Meritorious Artist Hoang Tung, Viet Danh, Hoa Minzy, Anh Tu, Linh Chi Sao Mai, Ha Quynh Nhu, Thanh Phong, Hoang Hong Ngoc, Be Singer Group, artists from drama theaters, artists from Vietnam Music and Dance Theater...

Among them, Hoa Minzy, Minh Hai, Be Singer group and dance troupe performed a medley of musical plays to open the program with the following works: Last night I dreamed of meeting Uncle Ho (Xuan Giao), Green pinwheel (Le Anh Thuy), Who loves Uncle Ho Chi Minh more than children and teenagers (Phong Nha).

And "Elephant of Ban Don" Anh Tu ( Anh trai say hi ) and other artists ended the program with the song Ho Chi Minh's song by musician Ewan MacColl, Vietnamese lyrics by Phu An.
