The Provincial Enforcement Officer, in coordination with relevant agencies, is implementing enforcement measures in Sam Son ward.
The focus is on Regulation No. 132-QD/TW dated October 27, 2023, of the Politburo on “Controlling power, preventing and combating corruption and negative practices in investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments”, Resolution No. 96/2019/QH14 dated November 27, 2019, of the National Assembly on “Crime prevention and control and violations of the law, the work of the People's Procuracy, the People's Courts, and the work of judgment execution”, and Resolution No. 23-NQ/BCSĐ dated March 29, 2022, of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Justice on “Leading the implementation of key tasks in civil judgment execution and monitoring administrative judgment execution in the period 2022-2026”. In line with the directives from the Ministry of Justice, the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement Management, and the Provincial Steering Committee for Civil Judgment Enforcement, the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department has proactively developed a work plan for 2025 to serve as a basis and goal for the sector. Alongside focusing on decisively directing the verification and accurate classification of cases in accordance with the law, the Provincial Enforcement Department continues to innovate the operations of the bad debt recovery team in recovering debts from credit institutions and banks, linking enforcement effectiveness as a measure of task completion. At the same time, it regularly inspects, monitors, and publicly and transparently implements regulations on verifying enforcement conditions; promotes the activities of inter-agency teams to resolve outstanding cases, and focuses resources on resolving each specific case. On the other hand, the Provincial Enforcement Department emphasizes the importance of upholding the sense of responsibility of enforcement officers, officials, and civil servants, especially promoting the role of the head of the unit. Implementing the management principle of "focusing on the grassroots," the unit also requires its team of enforcement officers, officials, and civil servants to regularly monitor their assigned areas and fields, be truly attentive to practical realities, and promptly resolve difficulties and obstacles in enforcement activities.
