Basically completed preparations for the 1st Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Dong province

The conference was chaired by comrades: Pham Thi Phuc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairperson of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; Pham Trieu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairperson of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; and Ha Thi Hanh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairperson of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

According to the report presented at the Conference, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province has focused on effectively preparing for the Congress, from the content of the documents, personnel, and propaganda to the organizational conditions; ensuring that everything is done promptly and on schedule.

Pham Trieu, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province, provided information on the preparations for organizing the First Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province.

From the beginning of November until now, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province has completed the Congress dossier, reporting to the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for comments and approval of the dossier to organize the First Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Dong province, term 2025 - 2030. To date, all preparations for the Congress have been basically completed.

Accordingly, the Political Report presented to the Congress identified the theme: Promoting the strength of national unity; strengthening democracy and social consensus; arousing confidence and aspirations for innovation, building Lam Dong province into a rapidly and sustainably developing province, becoming a dynamic growth pole in the era of national progress.
The guiding principle for the 2025-2030 term is: Unity - Democracy - Innovation - Consensus - Development.

Regarding personnel matters, the Conference unanimously agreed to elect 120 members to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province for the new term. The Congress will have 600 delegates attending, including 400 official delegates and 200 invited guests.

The congress is scheduled to be held on November 24th and 25th at the Provincial Labor Culture House Auditorium (Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat).

The Standing Committee has prepared arrangements for accommodation and meals for delegates; developed a 1.5-day work program, a management script, and drafted speeches. The Presidium of the Congress is expected to consist of 11 members; the Secretariat will consist of 2 members.

At the conference, delegates exchanged views, discussed, and proposed improvements to several aspects, including further reviewing and specifying development targets for the new term.

At the same time, we will intensify propaganda efforts to ensure that the people understand and create an atmosphere of excitement leading up to this important political event of the province.

The delegates also unanimously approved all the documents for the First Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2025-2030. This will serve as the basis for printing documents, issuing invitations, summoning delegates, and implementing the final steps before the Congress takes place.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Pham Thi Phuc, acknowledged and accepted the contributions and suggestions from the delegates.

In her closing remarks at the Conference, the Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province, Pham Thi Phuc, acknowledged the contributions of the delegates and emphasized that the Standing Committee would continue to revise and finalize the documents; review the remaining tasks to ensure the Congress is organized solemnly and successfully, reflecting the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of the Fatherland Front system in the new period.
