DPM shareholders will receive 15% cash dividend and 73.7% new shares

PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo, Phu My, HOSE: DPM) plans to hold its General Meeting of Shareholders on April 17. Investors are particularly interested in two proposals on dividend payment and share issuance to increase charter capital by more than 73.7%.

According to the 2024 profit distribution report, PVFCCo submitted to the General Meeting of Shareholders for approval to pay 2024 cash dividends, the expected rate is 15%/par value of shares from realized profits in 2024 and undistributed profits carried over from 2023. Cash dividends are distributed based on the existing charter capital of VND 3,914 billion.

Regarding the plan to increase charter capital, PVFCCo submitted to the congress a plan to issue shares to increase equity capital from owners' equity. The number of additional shares issued is equivalent to 73.7476% of the outstanding shares.
