What are the job opportunities in Fintech?

I wonder whether Fintech (Financial Technology) can compete with IT (Information Technology) in the Finance - Banking sector.

I want to study Fintech but lack information. According to my research, this industry is new and has potential for development. I plan to take the Fintech exam at the University of Economics and Law, Ho Chi Minh City National University, and Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics.
