500kV line circuit 3 has no problem
Regarding the restoration of high-voltage grid operations, EVN said that 14/14 incidents on the 500kV grid have been restored so far. Regarding the 500kV line 3, which was just inaugurated, the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) said that the 500kV line 3 from Quang Trach to Pho Noi (the project was inaugurated on August 29) had no incidents and was basically not damaged by storm No. 3 (Yagi).
The 500kV power line sections affected by storm Yagi were mainly concentrated in Quang Ninh and Hai Phong areas.
With the 220kV grid, EVN said it has restored 39/40 incidents and restored 10/10 220kV transformer stations.
As for the 110kV grid, EVN has restored 184/190 incidents and restored and put into operation 101/104 110kV transformer stations.
98% of customers have electricity
EVN said that due to the impact of strong storm winds and post-storm circulation, many power lines and distribution transformer stations in many provinces and cities in the North had problems. cause power outage for many customers. In addition to damage to the power grid, many areas were deeply flooded, forcing them to temporarily disconnect from operation to ensure electrical safety.
According to EVN, with the urgency and great efforts of units under the Northern Power Corporation, by the morning of September 16, 1,626/1,678 medium-voltage lines affected by the storm had been restored to operation.
At the same time, the electricity sector has restored power to more than 5.98 million customers out of a total of about 6.1 million customers affected by storms and floods (equivalent to 98%).
