This test took place over 5 days, from May 10 to May 14, with the participation of 1,220 candidates, including 1,131 candidates taking the test for the first time and 89 candidates retaking the test because their driving license had expired or was lost. Candidates participating in the test belonged to many different license categories, including: A1 (997 candidates), A (134 candidates), B1 (1 candidate), C1 (42 candidates), C (44 candidates) and D (2 candidates).

Candidates are instructed on procedures before taking the exam.

According to the new regulations of the Ministry of Public Security , the test consists of 3 mandatory parts: Theory on computer, traffic simulation and driving practice on the test ground and road. Candidates must complete the 30-question theory test in 20 minutes and score 27/30 points (no wrong questions); the practical test requires a minimum score of 80/100 points in 10 minutes. The entire test process is monitored by a modern camera and sensor system, ensuring accuracy, transparency and objectivity in scoring.

Since taking over the state management function of testing and issuing driving licenses, the Provincial Police Department has directed the Traffic Police Department to urgently consult and coordinate with the Traffic Police Department and training facilities to count the number of students waiting for the test, install specialized software, and complete the database for testing.
