Faced with the above reality, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the People's Committees of Duong Huu and An Lac communes to organize site clearance and hand over to the Department of Construction for construction and emergency handling. At the same time, focus on implementing measures to ensure safety for people in natural disaster situations; warn, monitor, guide, and proactively restrict or prohibit people and vehicles from entering dangerous areas.
The Department of Construction regularly updates and reports on the handling and progress of the incident; immediately deploys measures to ensure safety, overcome the breakage, and ensure smooth traffic. At the same time, coordinates with the People's Committees of Duong Huu and An Lac communes to organize site clearance to handle the incident.
Emergency repairs to overcome the consequences of natural disasters, ensuring traffic on National Highway 279, section Km 37-Km 55. Specifically, widening the roadbed and surface towards the positive slope to make a temporary road; reinforcing the negative slope with shaped steel piles, cement concrete gravity retaining walls combined with reinforced stone gabions; covering the slope with reinforced concrete; increasing the grade of crushed stone to cover the asphalt concrete surface; restoring drainage ditches and traffic safety guardrails. The total estimated investment cost is 14.9 billion VND from the provincial budget reserve in 2025; expected completion date is before October 30 this year.
Regarding Highway 84, according to the announced decision, due to the impact of heavy rain, on Highway 84 at Km1+900 in Luc Ngan and Bien Dong communes, the positive slope was eroded, rocks and soil covered the road surface, the positive slope showed signs of continuing to erode, greatly affecting the safety of vehicles and posing a risk of traffic disruption.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the People's Committees of Luc Ngan and Bien Dong communes to organize site clearance and hand over to the Bac Ninh Provincial Traffic and Agriculture Project Management Board No. 1 to organize emergency handling of the above incident; focus on measures to ensure safety, warn, monitor, guide and proactively implement restrictions or bans on people and vehicles from entering dangerous areas.
The Management Board of Bac Ninh Province's Traffic and Agriculture Project No. 1 regularly updates reports on the handling status and progress of troubleshooting; immediately deploys measures to ensure safety, overcome disruptions, and ensure smooth traffic.
Emergency repairs to overcome the consequences of natural disasters, ensuring traffic on Highway 84; construction to clear landslides and handle positive slopes at risk of further landslides; widening the roadbed, repairing damaged roadbeds. Estimated investment cost is 3.5 billion VND from the provincial budget reserve in 2025; expected completion date is before September 30 this year.
