Since the first months of 2024, businesses in the province have implemented synchronous, flexible and appropriate management solutions, mobilized all resources to boost production and business, strived to overcome difficulties, and determined to complete the set targets and plans.

Established in 2017, Tien Loc Construction Mechanical Co., Ltd., Khanh An Commune (Yen Khanh) specializes in constructing houses according to the prefabricated steel house plan on a factory area of 400m2. This type of construction is made from steel components, manufactured and installed based on pre-specified architectural and technical drawings including 3 main stages: design, component processing and construction installation.

Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang, Director of Tien Loc Construction Mechanical Company Limited, said: With the advantages of prefabricated steel buildings in recent times, many customers have known the Company, gradually building a brand in the market. In 2023, the Company's revenue reached more than 30 billion VND.

Currently, the Company has expanded the factory area to 2,000 m2 and invested in installing machinery systems for construction and assembly, creating jobs for more than 40 workers, with salaries from 10 million VND/person/month or more. Policies and regimes such as salaries and bonuses for workers are of interest. Since the beginning of the year, the Company has signed contracts to assemble 13 houses, which is a positive sign when the Company's production and business activities are still maintained, creating regular jobs for workers.

Mr. Pham Van Toan, a worker at the company, said: Although the construction market is facing many difficulties, with the dynamism and sensitivity of the leadership, the company has made efforts to overcome difficulties and maintain jobs for workers. I have only been working for 2 years but I am very happy because the work is maintained regularly, there is no situation where workers have to take turns off work. Therefore, I personally, as well as other workers, are working very hard, accompanying the company to overcome difficult times.

These days, at the Nhu Quynh Private Enterprise for Food Production, Processing and Trade Services, Yen Nhan Commune (Yen Mo), they are also speeding up the production of crispy rice products to deliver to customers on time. Mr. Tran Manh Quynh, Director of the enterprise, said: In the early days of establishment, the enterprise also encountered many difficulties in consumption when having to compete with other crispy rice brands that have been around for a long time.

In 2013, the company changed the production process from drying rice crispy in sunlight to drying to remove moisture in a closed room, helping the finished rice crispy product retain its delicious, rich flavor. To meet the increasing demand of customers as well as the strictness of food safety issues, Mr. Quynh's family invested in installing a closed-loop production line of machinery to serve the processing of rice crispy.

The raw material he chose was sticky rice from his hometown. When cooked, sticky rice has a higher viscosity than regular rice. When the rice is cooked, it needs to be quickly put into a drying mold in a dehumidifying drying room to dry the rice thoroughly. The dehumidifying process in a closed room with high temperature helps the rice not to stick to dust and retain the rich flavor of the rice. This method completely replaces the manual drying process using sunlight. After drying, the rice is put into a specialized fryer to prevent it from absorbing oil. When the rice cools, it will be vacuum-packed, ensuring food safety.

With a closed production process, clear origin, Nhu Quynh crispy rice products have gradually affirmed their position in the market. Currently, the unit has signed contracts to supply products to tourist areas in the province as well as neighboring provinces such as Bai Dinh, Trang An, Tam Chuc Pagoda, Yen Tu Pagoda... Nhu Quynh crispy rice products have been recognized as 4-star OCOP products. Currently, on average, the enterprise produces 1 ton of rice per day, supplying 80,000 products to the market, creating regular jobs for 15 local workers and 5 seasonal workers.

According to the assessment, in the first months of 2024, the labor and production atmosphere at enterprises has improved a lot. This shows the determination of each enterprise in gradually overcoming difficulties, and at the same time reflects the positive changes of the domestic economy . When the production and business activities of enterprises gradually recover and grow again, it will ensure jobs and income for workers and contribute positively to socio-economic development, contributing to the completion of the goals set in 2024.
