Recognizing 29 more national treasures

  The Prime Minister has just issued Decision No. 73/QD-TTg signed by Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha on the recognition of 29 national treasures in 15 provinces and cities. Thus, from 2012 to present, the Prime Minister has decided 12 times to recognize 294 artifacts and groups of artifacts as national treasures.

Accordingly, the Decision clearly states that the following artifacts and groups of artifacts will be recognized as national treasures (12th batch, 2023):

1. Collection of Thac Hai stone drill bits, dated 4,000-3,000 years ago; currently kept at Dak Lak Provincial Museum.

2. Kinh Hoa II bronze jar, dated around the 3rd-2nd century BC; currently kept at the Nguyen Van Kinh Private Collection, Hanoi city.

3. Khanh Son lithophone collection, dating back about 2,500 - 3,000 years; currently kept at Khanh Hoa Provincial Museum.

4. Dong Son bronze vase (An Bien), period: Dong Son culture, 2nd-1st century BC; currently kept at An Bien Private Collection, Hai Phong city.

5. Sao Vang bronze drum, period: Dong Son culture (about 2,000 years ago); currently kept at the National Museum of History.

6. Collection of gold leaf from Chau Thanh, Tra Vinh, period: Oc Eo culture, late period: 7th-9th century; currently kept at Tra Vinh Provincial Museum.

7. Brahma Birth Relief My Son E1, dated: 7th-8th century; currently preserved at the Da Nang Museum of Cham Sculpture.

8. Shiva Statue My Son C1, date: 8th century; currently kept at the Da Nang Museum of Cham Sculpture.

9. Po Dam golden Linga, dating from the 8th-9th century; currently kept at Binh Thuan Provincial Museum.

10. Phuoc Thien Stele, dated: Late 8th century, early 9th century; currently preserved at Ninh Thuan Provincial Museum.

11. Relief of Goddess Uma, dated: Around the 9th-10th century; currently kept at Bac Lieu Provincial Museum.

12. Apsara relief of Tra Kieu, dated: 10th century; currently preserved at the Da Nang Museum of Cham Sculpture.

13. Collection of Buddhist scripture columns from the Dinh Dynasty, dating from the 10th century; currently kept at the Ninh Binh Provincial Museum.

14. Terracotta phoenix decorative leaf from Ly Dynasty, Thang Long Imperial Citadel, date: 11th century; currently preserved at Thang Long-Hanoi Heritage Conservation Center.

15. Two stone lion statues of Do Ban citadel, dating from late 11th century – early 12th century; currently kept at Binh Dinh Provincial Museum.

16. Brown ceramic vase with flowers, dated: 11th-12th century; currently kept at An Bien Private Collection, Hai Phong city.

17. Hiep An brown ceramic jar, Tran Dynasty, 13th-14th century; currently preserved at Hai Duong Provincial Museum.

18. Three-metal inlaid knife, Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Tran Dynasty, 14th century; currently preserved at the Thang Long-Hanoi Heritage Conservation Center.

19. Stele “Dai bi Dien Minh tu bi”, date: Tran Dynasty, Dinh Mao year, Khai Thai era 4 (1327); currently kept at the People's Committee of Lac Dao commune, Van Lam district, Hung Yen province.

20. Terracotta model of architecture of the Early Le Dynasty, Thang Long Imperial Citadel, date: 15th century; currently preserved at the Thang Long-Hanoi Heritage Conservation Center.

21. The card of a palace maid entering and leaving the inner palace during the early Le Dynasty, Thang Long Imperial Citadel, dated April, the 7th year of Quang Thuan, during the reign of King Le Thanh Tong (1466); currently preserved at the Thang Long-Hanoi Heritage Conservation Center.

22. Blue-gray ceramic incense burner, dating from: Around the Hung Tri era (1588-1591), under the reign of King Mac Mau Hop; currently kept at the An Bien Private Collection, Hai Phong city.

23. Statue of King Po Klong Garai, dated 16th-17th century; currently worshiped at Po Klong Garai Tower, Do Vinh ward, Phan Rang-Thap Cham city, Ninh Thuan province.

24. Set of Three Buddha statues of Con Son pagoda, period: Later Le dynasty; currently worshiped at Con Son pagoda, Cong Hoa ward, Chi Linh city, Hai Duong province.

25. Woodblock of Tram Gian Pagoda, Period: 17th-20th century; currently preserved at Tram Gian Pagoda, An Binh commune, Nam Sach district, Hai Duong province.

26. Pair of stone dragons forming the steps of the Upper Temple (Co Loa), Le Trung Hung Dynasty, year: Nham Ty, Long Duc first year (1732); currently preserved at the Co Loa Relic Site, part of the Thang Long-Hanoi Heritage Conservation Center.

27. Woodblock of Dau Pagoda, dating from 1752-1859; currently preserved at Dau Pagoda, Thanh Khuong Ward, Thuan Thanh Town, Bac Ninh Province.

28. The Peace Sword, era: Khai Dinh (1916-1925); currently kept at the National Museum of History.

29. Printing molds for one-dong bills and fifty-dong bills, dated 1947; currently kept at the Quang Ngai Provincial Museum.
