According to the notice, from September 1, 2025, electricity customers must pay their electricity bills within 5 days from the date of issuance of the first electricity bill notice under the electricity purchase contract. The electricity bill notice will be sent to customers via one of the following methods: customer care application, SMS, email or paper document.
If the payment deadline is exceeded, PCAG will cut off the electricity supply according to regulations. Specifically, in case there is no agreement to postpone the payment date of the electricity bill and the customer has been notified by PCAG about paying the electricity bill twice with an interval of at least 3 days, PCAG has the right to cut off the electricity supply to the customer.
The time of power outage is agreed upon by both parties (electricity buyer and seller) and clearly stated in the power purchase contract but shall not exceed 10 days from the date of issuance of the first notice.
When performing a power outage, PCAG will notify the customer at least 24 hours before the power outage and will not be responsible for any damages caused by the power outage.
