Receiving and handling administrative procedures is associated with enhancing the application of information technology, receiving and processing administrative procedures on the Online Public Service Portal. As of October 6, 2025, the results of receiving and handling administrative procedures of Tinh Bien ward ranked 6th out of 102 communes, wards and special zones of the province with 90.76 points.
