Mr. Ngo Tien Dung, Chief of Office of Ninh Binh Power Company Limited (Ninh Binh Power Company) said: On September 9, 24 members of the Shock Team and technical and safety officers under the direct command of the Deputy Director of Ninh Binh Power Company set out to support the work of overcoming the power grid incident in Quang Yen town ( Quang Ninh province).
Here, Ninh Binh Power Company was assigned by the Northern Power Corporation to support Quang Yen Town Power Company (under Quang Ninh Power Company) to restore 4 35 kV and 4 22 kV feeders with 164 broken poles that had to be replaced, 50 tilted poles that had to be rebuilt; restore 130 transformer stations with 380 broken poles and hundreds of tilted poles on the road. low voltage grid
With a huge amount of work and having to construct on many complex terrain areas such as fields, swamps... the construction process encountered many difficulties, especially in many locations where support vehicles could not access the site and had to use entirely human power to transport materials, erect poles, and pull ropes.
Faced with urgent requirements and a huge workload, while the leaders of the Northern Power Corporation are constantly adjusting to shorten the time to complete the energization of each line and branch, on September 16, Ninh Binh Power Company continued to send 2 more shock teams to support troubleshooting.
Thus, as of September 17, Ninh Binh Power Company has mobilized a total of 155 people (including 66 officers, employees of the Company and construction teams of contractors) along with 29 vehicles of various types including cranes, excavators, trucks and vehicles carrying materials and equipment to support Quang Yen Power Company in overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3. In addition, Ninh Binh Power Company was also assigned to coordinate more than 200 officers, employees from the shock teams of the Power Companies: Hue, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Quang Nam and the Coal and Minerals Group to carry out the task.
With the spirit of "overcoming the sun and rain", overcoming all difficulties to ensure work progress, the shock force of Ninh Binh Power Company carried out the task all night, had lunch and dinner right at the scene. During the working process, the members of the Team were always aware of keeping themselves and their colleagues safe. Along with that, the shock force maintained daily reporting of task performance results to the Company's leaders to promptly grasp and have appropriate direction.
Mr. Bui Xuan Hung, safety officer, member of the Shock Team said: "We are supporting Quang Ninh Electricity Company with the spirit of providing full support in terms of human resources, material resources, equipment to restore power to customers as soon as possible. Due to the strange terrain, the work of surveying the site, making construction plans, and organizing construction takes more time. We are always determined to carry out the work to ensure progress and excellently complete the assigned tasks."
