
Previously, responding to the call of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and with the consent of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, on October 4, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee issued a Letter calling for support for people to overcome the consequences of storm No. 10, and opened an account to receive support from October 5 to October 31, 2025.
According to statistics, as of 5:00 p.m. on October 26, 2025, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has received support from 2,802 agencies, units, businesses and philanthropists inside and outside the province with a total amount of more than 62.47 billion VND. This is a vivid manifestation of the spirit of "mutual love", showing the deep concern and sharing of collectives and individuals for the people in areas affected by natural disasters. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee sincerely thanks those sentiments and valuable support.
To continue mobilizing resources to help people stabilize their lives soon, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province requests leaders of agencies, units, organizations and enterprises in the province to continue to pay attention to directing and mobilizing cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to contribute and support. Donations are transferred to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province. By the end of October 31, 2025, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province will close the account and stop receiving donations.
Supporting and assisting people in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters is a practical action demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and humanity, contributing with all levels and sectors to help people soon stabilize their lives and production.
