According to the plan, in the fourth quarter of 2025, the Dak Lak Provincial Employment Service Center (Center) will coordinate with the People's Committees of communes and wards to organize 14 job fairs in the following localities: Phu Hoa 1, Cu M'gar, Tuy An Bac, Tuy An Nam, Tuy An Tay, Ea Bung, Buon Don, Ea Nuol, Ea Mdroh, Dang Kang, Cu Pui... and 2 large-scale job fairs at Buon Ma Thuot Secondary School and Ea Sup commune. In addition, the Center will also increase direct job counseling sessions at the main facility and the second facility in the eastern region of the province.

These job events attract many businesses and recruitment units in the fields of production, trade, services, technology, etc. to meet diverse recruitment needs, from unskilled labor to skilled technical workers. Participating workers also receive free consultation on job search skills, interview skills, career orientation, as well as information on overseas work programs and government support policies.

It is known that in October, the Center organized 8 job fairs, 2 job fairs, 2 consultation sessions and 2 conferences on consulting and introducing domestic and overseas jobs; participated in 1 consultation session and 1 job fair in the locality. Through these activities, the Center provided job, career and policy advice to 11,717 people, including 9,802 job consultations, 2,865 job introductions, and collected 143 recruitment needs from units and businesses with a total of 581 recruitment positions.
In addition, the Center has provided vocational training consultation to 1,570 people, of which 283 people received vocational training support; labor export consultation to 345 people, introduced 9 people for preliminary selection and 2 workers went abroad under the EPS Program.

It is expected that in November 2025, the Provincial Employment Service Center will continue to provide consulting and job referrals for about 6,500 people, organize 2 transaction sessions and 4 job consultation sessions in localities, and continue to coordinate with agencies, businesses, vocational training institutions and the Overseas Labor Center to expand vocational training and job opportunities at home and abroad for workers, contributing to improving the efficiency of job creation in the province.
