Bringing AI into training: University of Economics and Law opens new training direction for businesses

(HTV) - The seminar "From digital transformation to AI transformation: A model of cooperation between schools and businesses" organized by the University of Economics and Law (VNU-HCMC) emphasized the role of AI in training, opening up new directions of cooperation between businesses and educational institutions.

The seminar was organized by the University of Economics and Law (VNU-HCMC), bringing together experts and businesses to discuss AI application solutions in training and practice.

AI transformation is becoming an important strategic move, not only helping to improve work efficiency but also opening up sustainable cooperation opportunities between businesses and educational institutions.

This is the comment given at the seminar "From digital transformation to AI transformation: A cooperation model between schools and businesses" organized by the University of Economics and Law ( Ho Chi Minh City National University).

Experts, lecturers and business representatives discussed the role of artificial intelligence in training cooperation between schools and businesses.

The University of Economics and Law said that the unit always attaches importance to interdisciplinary training, especially focusing on integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into the school's strong research and training fields. In the context of strong digital transformation and increasingly clear AI transformation trends, the school will deploy training programs for businesses and individuals to support the application of AI in production, management and operation practices.

Students of the University of Economics and Law (VNU-HCMC) participated in sideline activities of the seminar, learning about research models and practical applications of digital transformation - AI transformation in businesses.

According to Dr. Le Hoanh Su - Head of Information Systems Department, University of Economics and Law, Ho Chi Minh City National University, the difference between training and coaching lies in the practicality and accompanying businesses:

"Training usually provides knowledge and skills to participants. In addition to coaching, we analyze the actual requirements of the job or department with the learner, identify areas that need improvement thanks to AI, then propose solutions and accompany them to deploy the application. The coaching activity will continue to provide technical and methodical support until the goal is achieved."

School leaders thank the speakers and experts who participated in the discussion and shared practical experiences in the fields of digital transformation and AI transformation.

At the seminar, experts and researchers from Singapore, Korea and Vietnam also focused on discussing the role of AI in transforming human resource management processes and developing smart human resources. The application of AI is expected to not only help optimize management activities but also bring breakthrough values, creating competitive advantages for businesses in the digital age.
