
The seminar, organized by the University of Economics and Law (Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City), brought together experts and businesses to exchange solutions for applying AI in training and practice.
AI transformation is becoming a crucial strategic step, not only improving work efficiency but also opening up opportunities for sustainable collaboration between businesses and educational institutions.
This conclusion was reached at the seminar "From Digital Transformation to AI Transformation: A Model of Collaboration between Universities and Businesses" organized by the University of Economics and Law (Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City).

Experts, lecturers, and business representatives discussed the role of artificial intelligence in collaborative training between schools and businesses.
The University of Economics and Law stated that it always prioritizes interdisciplinary training, with a particular focus on integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into the university's areas of research and training. Against the backdrop of the ongoing digital transformation and the increasingly evident trend of AI transformation, the university will implement a training program for businesses and individuals to support the application of AI in production, management, and operations.



Students from the University of Economics and Law (Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City) participated in side activities at the seminar, learning about research models and practical applications of digital transformation – AI transformation in businesses.
According to Dr. Le Hoanh Su, Head of the Information Systems Department at the University of Economics and Law, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, the difference between training and coaching lies in their practical application and collaboration with businesses:
"Training typically provides participants with knowledge and skills. Coaching, however, goes beyond that. We work with learners to analyze the actual requirements of a job or department, identify areas for improvement using AI, then propose solutions and support the implementation of the application. Coaching activities will continue to provide technical and methodological support until the objectives are achieved."

The school's leadership expressed gratitude to the speakers and experts who participated in the seminar and shared practical experiences in the field of digital transformation and AI transformation.
At the seminar, experts and researchers from Singapore, South Korea, and Vietnam also focused on discussing the role of AI in transforming human resource management processes and developing intelligent human resources. The application of AI is expected not only to optimize management operations but also to bring groundbreaking value, creating a competitive advantage for businesses in the digital age.
