At the ceremony, the company's staff, with deep gratitude to those who died for the peace of the nation, marched in the factory grounds and performed the flag-raising ceremony, as a way to spread love for the Fatherland. After the march, there was a flag-raising ceremony and a minute of silence to commemorate the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland. The company's leaders reviewed the significance of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and the reunification of the country, and widely promoted to all staff, union members, and employees of the company about the historic April 30th of the nation.

Also at the program, the DT Group Company's Trade Union and the Company's Board of Directors carried out activities in response to Workers' Month and presented gifts of thanks and gratitude to 40 union members and employees who have contributed greatly to the Company's development.
According to Mr. Nguyen Quang Duy - General Director of DT Group, in response to Workers' Month, the company will adjust salaries, increase lunch rations at the unit, increase break time between shifts for workers who have to work in noisy environments, eyes have to focus for a long time and reduce working time for office workers on Saturdays... In addition, the company will also set up a suggestion box so that workers can express their opinions and wishes at work. In the coming time, the company will also organize shuttle buses for workers living far away, build 10 apartments to support workers who have to rent houses.
