Da Nang launches medical - education - luxury apartment complex project worth over 1,000 billion VND

ĐNO - On the afternoon of August 29, Thinh Khang An Company Limited held a groundbreaking ceremony for a medical - educational - luxury apartment complex worth over VND1,000 billion in the new urban area south of Tran Thi Ly bridge, Ngu Hanh Son ward. The project belongs to the medical tourism ecosystem of Duy Tan University.

Vice Chairman of the City People's Council Doan Ngoc Hung Anh and Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi attended.

The project is about ^21,311m2 , of which the total construction area is 8,524m2 including modern medical - educational complex and apartment complex with a total investment of 1,118 billion VND.

According to Mr. Nguyen Ha Nam , Director of the Department of Construction of Da Nang City, the project will provide the city with many product models to serve the medical examination and treatment needs of local people; create an advanced educational environment with the goal of exchanging, training, and coaching professional skills in medicine, education, etc.

Thereby, contributing to making Da Nang a "livable city, a center of innovation and high-quality education and healthcare in the Central Highlands region".

The Department of Construction will accompany, support and ensure that the project is implemented on schedule, meets quality, safety and complies with construction laws.
