Registration documents will be received from October 7 to October 23 at the office of the Social Housing Project Management Board at lot B4-2 of Bau Tram Lakeside Green Urban Area.
The subjects eligible to register to buy include: people with revolutionary contributions, low-income people, poor and near-poor households in urban areas, workers working at enterprises inside and outside industrial zones... Specific conditions are applied according to the Housing Law and Decree 100 of the Government .
Notably, single people with a monthly income of no more than 15 million VND are eligible to apply.
In case of marriage, the total income of both husband and wife does not exceed 30 million VND/month, calculated according to the salary table confirmed by the agency or unit.
The Social Housing Apartment Project at Lot B4-2, Bau Tram Lakeside Green Urban Area, implemented by Saigon - Da Nang Investment Joint Stock Company, includes 6 towers of 21 floors above ground, one attic and one basement. The total number of apartments in the project is 1,809, including 1,165 social housing units for sale, 348 commercial apartments and 296 social housing units for rent.
