Da Nang City granted investment certificates to four major projects; including the Dentium Vietnam project with a total investment capital of 177 million USD.
On the afternoon of January 17, at the Danang Friendship and Cooperation Cities Forum 2025, Danang City signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation between Danang and the cities of Genoa (Italy) and Aktau (Kazakhstan).
Notably, Da Nang city has granted investment registration certificates to many projects.
Specifically, Da Nang has granted an investment registration certificate to the Aeon Mall project with a total investment capital of 3 million USD.

Da Nang also granted an investment certificate to the Dentium Vietnam project of ICT VINA Co., Ltd. (Korea), a project to produce 280 fuel cells/year and 260 tons of artificial teeth/year with a total investment value of 177 million USD.
In addition, Da Nang granted an investment certificate to the Project of Da Nang International Data Center Joint Stock Company (Vietnam), with an investment scale of 1,000 racks, including 10 racks providing cloud computing services, with a total investment capital of 31.4 million USD.
Da Nang also granted an investment certificate to the VMR High-Tech Mold Manufacturing Factory Project of Viedam Joint Venture Company Limited; with an investment capital of 10 million USD.
At this event, Da Nang City also signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in semiconductor and AI training between the Da Nang Center for Research, Training in Microchip Design and Artificial Intelligence and Synopsys, Intel, Tresemi, and ASA holding companies.

Speaking at the Da Nang Friendship and Cooperation Cities Forum 2025, Da Nang Party Secretary Nguyen Van Quang said that after this event, the city's international cooperation map was expanded to 50 countries in 24 countries and territories. This is an important milestone in Da Nang's international cooperation.
According to the Secretary of Da Nang, the City's foreign affairs goals in the new era need to be based on the foundation of sincere feelings, solid trust, equal respect and the goal of mutual prosperity.
Da Nang City has been granted special policies and incentives by the Central Government such as building an international financial center, a free trade zone and other incentives for science and technology, digital infrastructure and emerging industries such as semiconductors, artificial intelligence, etc.

“Da Nang City is committed to creating an open and transparent investment environment, providing maximum support for foreign enterprises to invest and do business in Da Nang,” Mr. Quang pledged.
The Secretary of Da Nang also affirmed that the City always attaches importance to bilateral cooperation, maintains dialogue mechanisms, promotes and deepens the city's local-level international cooperation in all political-economic-cultural fields.
