Ninh Hoa Ward Trade Union currently has 21 grassroots trade unions with 797 union members. After being established (September 9), the Ward Trade Union quickly stabilized its organization and operations; conducted surveys, grasped the operational situation, and resolved difficulties and obstacles of grassroots trade unions. At the same time, coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward to promote propaganda work on the 2-level local government model, building a civilized life, the "Digital Education for the People" movement...

In the 2025 - 2030 term, Ninh Hoa Ward Trade Union focuses on building a strong trade union, performing well its functions and tasks in the new situation; performing well its role as a bridge, maintaining close ties between the Party, the State and the working class and laborers. Strive to have at least 90% of employees working in public service units that do not receive 100% of their salary from the state budget with a trade union organization as union members; 100% of enterprises and public service units with 20 or more employees establish grassroots trade unions; 60% of grassroots trade unions are classified as having completed their tasks well...

The Congress announced the decisions of the Provincial Labor Federation on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee and key positions of the Ninh Hoa Ward Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term and appointing delegates to attend the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
