The PFA Young Player of the Year award went to Bukayo Saka, who scored 14 goals and provided 11 assists in a season that saw Arsenal miss out on the title to Manchester City. The England international was also named in the PFA Team of the Year alongside team-mates Aaron Ramsdale, William Saliba and Martin Odegaard.

Harry Kane has been named in the PFA Team of the Year despite moving to Bayern Munich. The England striker has scored 30 goals for Tottenham, the most in any season for the club in his career. Kane achieved this despite a turbulent and dismal season at Spurs, which saw the club sack two managers and finish eighth in the Premier League.

Harry Kane's former Tottenham teammate Kieran Trippier was named in the 'Team of the Year' as the new Newcastle captain was instrumental in helping the club return to the Champions League for the first time in 19 years thanks to a fourth-place finish in the Premier League.
Trippier was selected at right-back, alongside Man City's defensive centre-back pairing of John Stones and Ruben Dias, while the left-back position went to Arsenal's William Saliba.

Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard, with 15 goals in a career-best season, has been named in the Team of the Year, alongside Man City duo Kevin de Bruyne and Rodri in midfield. The Belgian midfielder has made the Team of the Season for the fifth time thanks to his 18 assists and impressive performances.

Haaland, Kane and Saka were named in the three-man attack of the 'Team of the Year', meaning there was no chance for Marcus Rashford despite the England striker contributing 17 goals and 5 assists, helping Man United return to the Champions League.
No players from Man United, Liverpool and Chelsea were in the best XI even though Man United finished third, "The Kop" finished fifth and Chelsea... fell out of the tournament's Top 10.
