Party Committee in Indonesia successfully held Congress for the term 2025-2030

Party Secretary and Ambassador Ta Van Thong welcomed party members who upheld their sense of responsibility, promoted their intelligence, and contributed their opinions to the Party Committee's reports.

On the morning of April 24, in Jakarta, the Party Committee in Indonesia successfully held the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

The Congress listened to a report summarizing the work of the 2020-2025 term, directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 term; and a review report of the Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Accordingly, the Party Committee has seriously implemented the Party's leadership role in building and deploying, successfully carrying out political tasks, achieving many achievements in promoting bilateral relations with Indonesia as well as multilateral cooperation within the framework of ASEAN.

In addition to the achievements, the report pointed out the remaining difficulties and limitations and proposed a number of key tasks and solutions to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization in the coming time.

Speaking at the Congress, Party Secretary and Ambassador Ta Van Thong highly appreciated the preparations for the Congress, including the active contributions of the four affiliated Party cells; welcomed the participating Party members who upheld their sense of responsibility, promoted their intelligence, and contributed frank and substantive constructive opinions to the content of the Party Committee's reports.

Secretary Ta Van Thong emphasized that in the context of the world and regional situation posing new issues and new tasks, Party committees of Party cells need to continue to improve their leadership capacity, promote their role as political cores; each Party member needs to promote the pioneering role of a Party member in cultivating ethics and training expertise to meet the requirements of the new situation.

Within the framework of the Congress, Party members contributed comments to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress and the documents of the 29th Congress of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs .
