Mbappe scores, PSG beats AC Milan
Recently, Real Madrid surprisingly announced that they have not made any moves to negotiate with Mbappe in the context that the French player's contract only lasts until next summer. According to the law, Los Blancos are free to negotiate with Mbappe in January next year.
PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi is confident about Mbappe's future.
Real Madrid said in a statement: "Based on information received from the media, we have seen many rumors about Real Madrid negotiating with Mbappe. We would like to confirm that this information is untrue. No negotiations have taken place."
When asked about Real Madrid's statement, PSG President Nasser Al-Khelaifi affirmed: "I have not read their statement. We do not want to be involved in rumors and just want to focus on football."
Despite Mbappe having less than a year left on his contract, PSG chiefs are confident in their ability to keep hold of the player. Nasser Al-Khelaifi added: "Mbappe continues to achieve great things. People take his brilliance for granted.
No one has ever played in two World Cup finals, and he even scored a hat-trick in this match. I confirm once again that Mbappe is the best player in the world . It's great to see Mbappe playing for PSG and the French national team.
He has a positive impact on our young players. Mbappe contributes to building the future of the team."

Although Mbappe is no longer as rebellious as last summer, this player still has not made any written commitment to PSG.
That means the rich French team is still at risk of losing Mbappe for free next summer. Therefore, the team's management needs to urgently extend the contract with the player born in 1998.
