Land auctions in Hoai Duc cool down, immediately dropping 30 million/m2 compared to before

ANTD.VN - Late afternoon on November 4, the second auction for 20 land plots at the Long Khuc auction project (Tien Yen commune, Hoai Duc district) ended.

According to the announcement of Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company, the 20 plots of land mentioned above have an area of 89.60 - 145.60m2, starting price of 7.3 million VND/m2. The deposit to participate in the auction for each plot is from 130 - 212 million VND/plot (20% of the starting price).

Auction form by direct voting for each plot of land at the auction and at least 6 mandatory rounds, according to the ascending price method.

Through investigation, the highest auction price was over 103 million VND/m2, belonging to 2 plots located at the corner with the symbols LK01-01 and LK01-04. Of which, plot LK01-01 has an area of 145.5 m2, with a price of over 103 million VND/m2, this plot of land has a total value of about 15 billion VND; plot LK01-04 has an area of 89.6 m2 and will have a total value of about 11.2 billion VND.

Hoai Duc continues to auction 20 land lots in Long Khuc, Tien Yen, the highest price is 100 million VND/m2

According to confirmation from Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company (the unit coordinating with Hoai Duc District Land Fund Development Center to organize the auction), the land plot with the lowest winning auction price was over 85 million VND/m2, also more than 11.6 times higher than the starting price.

Thus, compared to the previous auction that lasted all night until dawn on August 20, the winning price at the Long Khuc copper mine, Tien Yen, this time has decreased significantly.

In particular, the number of participants was not as large as the previous auction on August 19.

However, some people think that the highest land price of about 100 million VND/m2 is still quite high compared to the general level in the area.

Previously, at 9:00 a.m. on August 19, the Hoai Duc District Land Fund Development Center organized an auction of 19 land lots in Long Khuc and Tien Yen fields. The land auction lasted all night and ended at dawn on August 20.

According to information announced by the auctioneer, in the 9th auction round, lot LK03-12 (corner lot with 3 frontages) with an area of over 113 m2 was bid the highest at 133.3 million VND/m2 (equivalent to the value of this land being over 15 billion VND). Compared to the starting price of 7.3 million VND/m2, the investor paid more than 18 times more for this land.

The remaining 16 lots have winning prices from 97.3 - 127.3 million VND/m2; the 2 lowest winning lots have prices of 91.3 million VND/m2.

According to the Hoai Duc District Land Fund Development Center, before the land auction day, there were more than 700 sets of documents and about 400 customers participating in the auction.
