The starting price of the land lot is 47,307,645 VND/ ^m2 , the winning auction price is 50,507,645 VND/ ^m2 .

In Decision No. 1149/QD-UBND, the City People's Committee recognized the auction results of land use rights Lot 27 B2-3A, the land location is located on 2 fronts of Vo Chi Cong Street and Luu Dinh Chat Street (adjacent to the back). The land area is ^105m2 , the type of urban residential land with completed technical infrastructure. The starting price of the land lot is 47,307,645 VND/ ^m2 , the winning auction price is 49,507,645 VND/ ^m2 .
