Investing nearly 92 billion VND to build the Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue service road

Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee has just decided to invest in the project of building a service road on Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue, from the Provincial Police headquarters to the intersection with Provincial Road 395, through Gia Loc town.

The Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue service road (from the Provincial Police headquarters to the intersection with Provincial Road 395) will be built in the near future.

The service road is built on the left side of Vo Nguyen Giap Street, starting point at km 0, ending point at km 1+100 (from the Provincial Police headquarters to the intersection with Provincial Road 395), in Gia Loc town.

The service road is 17.5 m wide, of which the main road is 10.5 m, the rest is sidewalk... In addition, there are intersections, drainage system, trees, traffic safety, lighting...

The project has an investment level of nearly 92 billion VND from the provincial budget in the medium-term public investment plan for the 2021-2025 period and the 2026-2030 period.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to complete the feasibility study report of the Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue service road construction project and submit it to competent authorities for decision.

Gia Loc District People's Committee (until June 30) and the Commune People's Committee where the project is located (from July 1) are responsible for reviewing and updating the land area to be recovered to implement the project. Organize compensation and site clearance and hand over the site to implement the project. Relevant departments, branches and units are responsible for coordinating and guiding the investor during the project implementation process to ensure compliance with regulations.
