Adventure to the Swamp is a 3D animated film inspired by the famous literary work Adventures of a Cricket by writer To Hoai. The film officially hit theaters on May 30, marking a new step forward in Vietnamese cinema with modern special effects and a profound humanistic message.

The film uses 3D animation technology to recreate the vivid and realistic world of insects. Not only stopping at beautiful images and effects, the film is also depicted with many Vietnamese cultural contexts: Many famous landmarks of Hanoi such as Lenin Park, Flag Tower, Long Bien Bridge are used as backgrounds, combined with traditional cultural elements such as Ao Dai, Turban, colorful cloud patterns...

Music also becomes a highlight of the film when combining modern musicals and folk materials, bringing a fresh and close atmosphere to young audiences.

The film is a 100% “made in Vietnam” product, from the script, direction, design, animation to music and dubbing.

This is the first film produced at a digital film studio in Vietnam. The work is the result of cooperation between three parties: graphic experts CinePlus, the Thai Nguyen provincial government and students of the University of Information Technology and Communications (ICTU). The entire production process, from modeling, setting, animation to sound, was done using modern digital technology, with the active participation of ICTU students, turning the project into a “living lecture” on practical education.
