According to the Brand Management Board, the extensive promotion strategy to the business community and domestic and international consumers has helped the brand "Da Lat - Miraculous crystallization from the good land" create superiority in product quality and reputation and is increasingly trusted by consumers.
The certification mark "Da Lat - Miraculous crystallization from the good land" was granted by the National Office of Intellectual Property in 2017, applied to 4 local specialty products, including vegetables, flowers, Arabica coffee and agricultural tourism . With the motto of expanding new product groups including: persimmons, persimmons (dried, wind-dried), strawberries, strawberry products (strawberry jam, strawberry juice), Cordyceps mushrooms, Lingzhi mushrooms, Artichokes and Artichoke tea, Oolong tea,... produced and traded in Da Lat city and surrounding areas, the Brand Management Board proposed to the Provincial People's Committee to expand the scope and product types of the brand "Da Lat - Miraculous crystallization from the good land", building product selection criteria for each specific product group, focusing on quality; packaging, labels and especially food safety criteria.
In December 2023, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee issued the Regulations on management and use of the certification mark "Da Lat - Miraculous crystallization from the good land"; at the same time, completed the dossier to send to the Department of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Science and Technology to grant intellectual property rights for the brand "Da Lat - Miraculous crystallization from the good land". The certification mark "Da Lat - Miraculous crystallization from the good land" has also been registered in Japan and Korea.
According to the Department of Industry and Trade, in 2023, sectors, localities and units have actively implemented activities to develop and promote the brand "Da Lat - Miraculous crystallization from the good land" according to the assigned content and tasks. From the state budget, enterprises have also been supported in production and business to promote the brand "Da Lat - Miraculous crystallization from the good land".
In addition, coordinate with departments, branches and localities to carry out many domestic trade promotion activities, support businesses to connect and promote trade with foreign partners; connect with e-commerce sites for products with certified labels in many forms of implementation. Da Lat City People's Committee - the agency assigned by the Provincial People's Committee to manage the certification mark "Da Lat - Miraculous crystallization from the good land" has been proactive in building, creating, managing and developing agricultural product brands under the general direction of Lam Dong province, playing an important role in improving the value and quality of products.
Every year, the unit has focused resources on implementing the project of restructuring the agricultural sector towards increasing added value and sustainable development; developing effective and sustainable production, protecting the ecological environment must be based on reasonable bases, balancing the set goals, improving feasibility, meeting market demand, taking advantage of advantages and natural conditions; absorbing and effectively applying the policies, guidelines, and socio-economic development programs of the Central Government, the province and the city. In the process of industrialization and modernization, the locality has identified the importance of the agricultural sector as the foundation for sustainable economic development and political and social stability.
Along with that, priority is given to rapidly developing a number of products with high economic value to create positive changes in the transformation of the agricultural economic structure.
