In 2025, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi will enroll 28 majors at the undergraduate level. The school applies 3 admission methods, including: Direct admission according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training , considering the results of the HSA capacity assessment test and considering the 2025 high school graduation exam scores.

Candidates who win prizes in national or provincial competitions for excellent students, candidates with good SAT scores, etc. will receive bonus points.

Candidates with international certificates in foreign languages will have their foreign language scores converted to foreign language scores in the admission combination including foreign language subjects.

The benchmark score of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities last year was 22.95-29.1, the highest was Public Relations in group C00.

After the Ministry of Education and Training requested a review of the admission combination to ensure the rights of candidates, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) "turned around" and added the combination of block C literature, history, and geography.
