Right from the beginning of operation, Chi Lang Commune Police quickly deployed the work, without interruption. Each officer and soldier always upholds the sense of responsibility, exemplary spirit, promotes their strengths, and strives to complete the assigned tasks well.

The staff warmly welcomed the people, served them attentively, and enthusiastically guided them through the quick procedures for issuing citizen identification cards, electronic identification, vehicle registration, and driver's licenses. The elderly and people unfamiliar with technology were supported to make online declarations, ensuring convenience and minimizing waiting time. At the National Digital Learning Festival organized by the People's Committee of Chi Lang commune, the staff guided people to install, use, and exploit data from the VNeID electronic identification account, and warned about fraudulent tricks in cyberspace.

Due to the impact of storm No. 10's circulation at the end of September causing prolonged heavy rain, CAX mobilized 100% of its staff to be on duty, closely following the area, regularly patrolling, promoting the spirit of "four on-the-spot" to support people in reinforcing their houses, moving assets to safe places, setting up warning posts at points near rivers, streams, deep flooding and landslides, both maintaining security and order, and being a reliable support to help people feel secure in responding, minimizing damage.

The commune police are close to the people, doing many good things for the people, the people trust and actively join hands to keep the area peaceful. 36 security and order protection teams in villages and residential groups promote the role of "eyes and ears", actively supporting in preventing, detecting and fighting against law violations early and from afar. Chairman of the People's Committee of Vi Thien Viet commune shared that security and order is a prerequisite for sustainable socio -economic development, the consolidation of security and order protection teams is not only an urgent requirement but also a specific and effective solution to improve the capacity to maintain security and order right from the grassroots.

To meet the tasks in the new context, Chi Lang Commune Police maintained a good duty and combat duty regime, synchronously deployed plans and professional measures, grasped the local situation, and strictly managed the activities of the subjects. Major Phan Hong Quan, Deputy Head of the Commune Police, said that the movement of the entire people to protect national security spread widely, crime prevention and control models were effective, and people provided a lot of valuable information, contributing to quickly zoning, verifying, and arresting subjects.

Carrying out the peak period of building drug-free communes and wards, along with stepping up the fight, the Commune Police coordinated to organize many propaganda sessions to raise awareness of preventing and combating social evils in the community, expanding models of drug-free residential areas and cultural families, contributing to building a safe and healthy locality.

The unit promoted the spirit of solidarity, made efforts to overcome difficulties, built a solid people's position, officers and soldiers closely followed the area, and the security and order situation in Chi Lang commune continued to remain stable.

Chi Lang Commune Police was established on the basis of merging Dong Mo Town Police, Chi Lang Town Police and Chi Lang Commune Police. After nearly four months of operation, only a few incidents due to personal conflicts in residential areas occurred and were promptly handled.
