From 5:30 a.m. on October 25, the Guard Command deployed forces and technical equipment to serve the protection of the signing ceremony and the High-Level Conference of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime, with the motto of absolutely ensuring the security and safety of the event, not allowing sudden or unexpected incidents to occur; not allowing even the smallest mistake.

The Guard Command mobilized maximum forces, arranged to protect points, and protected access to international delegations with guard regime.

The signing ceremony of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime is the largest international event in 2025, chaired by the President, taking place on October 25 and 26 in Hanoi .

Before this event, the Command proactively coordinated with relevant units to ensure security and safety for the two preliminary and final rehearsals of the signing ceremony at the National Convention Center.
