Closing Ceremony of the Hanoi Convention Signing

On the afternoon of October 26, the closing session of the Signing Ceremony and High-Level Conference on the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime took place in Hanoi.

The ceremony was chaired by Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang with the participation of the Chairman of the Convention Negotiation Committee and representatives of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and many senior leaders of countries, regional and international organizations.

Speaking at the closing session, Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang emphasized three results achieved through the signing ceremony and high-level conferences during the two working days./.
