Reporter : After the arrangement and merger, what solutions does Tan Hung have to turn potential and strengths into development driving forces, sir?

Comrade Mac Dinh Huan : After the arrangement and merger, Tan Hung commune has a natural area of ​​204.66 km²; population of more than 35,000 people, with 11 ethnic groups living, of which ethnic minorities account for 32.39%.

Tan Hung commune has many potentials and advantages thanks to its strategic location connecting trade with urban centers such as Binh Long, Chon Thanh and Loc Ninh; basic infrastructure system meeting development needs, abundant land fund, beautiful location. This is an advantage for developing new urban areas, high-tech agricultural areas; potential for developing eco-tourism, experiential tourism, exploring diverse cultures, rich in national identity.

The Resolution of the 1st Commune Party Congress, term 2025-2030, has determined the goal of bringing the commune to comprehensive and strong development with 19 main targets in various fields, 5 key tasks, 3 breakthrough programs and 5 main groups of solutions.

With the determination to soon put the Resolution into practice, right after the Commune Party Congress, the Party Committee directed the dissemination of the Resolution to all cadres, party members and people, considering this the top priority task. Grassroots party organizations focused on implementing the Resolution, focusing on goals and solutions, creating high consensus; specialized agencies completed the draft action program, clearly defining goals, targets and key tasks for each year and the entire term.

Reporter: What difficulties do you identify and what are the solutions to ensure the resolution is implemented on schedule and achieves results?

Comrade Mac Dinh Huan: Currently, Tan Hung's traffic infrastructure has degraded in some places, cultural institutions have not met the needs of the people, the work of preserving, maintaining and promoting the culture of the Xtieng people (S'tieng) still faces many difficulties; the intellectual level of the people is uneven, the skills to apply information technology and high technology to production, and investment resources for development are still limited.

To overcome difficulties, ensure the resolution is implemented on schedule and achieves high results, the Commune Party Committee has focused on disseminating to all cadres, party members and people and determined to soon put the resolution into practice. In which, it builds an action program to implement the resolution, directs the branches and subordinate party committees to build an implementation plan in accordance with the direction of the Central Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

In particular, organize drastic implementation according to weekly, monthly and quarterly progress; regularly check and monitor, promptly remove obstacles; publicize progress, publicize responsibilities, publicize results for people to monitor and accompany. Comrade Mac Dinh Huan : For the Party's Resolution to truly come into life, it requires the consensus of all cadres, party members and people. To have that consensus, first of all, it is necessary to do a good job of propaganda and mobilization so that party members and people understand correctly, fully and deeply the contents, policies and spirit of the resolution set forth by the Commune Party Congress.

Since then, people have increasingly trusted and proactively and voluntarily participated in the process of implementing and deploying the resolution into real life and promoting production through revolutionary action movements and emulation movements such as: "Movement of the whole people uniting to build new rural areas"; "Movement of the whole people participating in protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety", etc.
