Secretary General of the National Assembly and Head of the National Assembly Office, Le Quang Manh, chaired a meeting with departments, bureaus, and units.

On the afternoon of October 27, at the National Assembly House, Party Central Committee member, Secretary General of the National Assembly, and Head of the National Assembly Office Le Quang Manh chaired a meeting between the leaders of the National Assembly Office and departments, bureaus, and units.

Attending the meeting were Deputy Heads of the National Assembly Office Nguyen Thi Thuy Ngan, Pham Dinh Toan, Le Thu Ha, Nguyen Manh Hung, and Nguyen Duc Hien.

The report presented at the meeting indicated that, after more than a week of the Tenth Session of the 15th National Assembly, the work to support the Session was carried out seriously and synchronously, ensuring progress and quality in accordance with the requirements of the National Assembly leaders and the leaders of the National Assembly Office.

The session program was adjusted promptly, closely following the directives of the National Assembly leaders and adhering to the session's regulations. Operating scenarios, duty rosters, session secretaries, and work schedules for the Office leaders and other units were issued and updated regularly, ensuring smooth operation and preventing interruptions.

As of October 27th, 222 out of 269 documents for the Session have been received and updated on the National Assembly Office's internal information portal and the National Assembly app. The National Assembly Office will continue to expedite the submission and updating of Session documents on the National Assembly app for National Assembly deputies to study and provide feedback.

Regarding information and communication work: the Press Center for the National Assembly Session was effectively operated, ensuring the timely and complete provision of documents and images from the National Assembly sessions for media outlets to use and report on. The contents of the Session were communicated promptly and accurately to voters and the people nationwide, receiving significant public attention.

According to statistics, major, official news agencies contributed 4,182 news articles; general news websites contributed 3,153 articles, and the internet contributed 20,219 news items. Propaganda activities were strongly implemented, reflecting timely and comprehensive information, contributing to spreading the image of a reformed National Assembly.

Regarding protocol and logistics, convenient and safe conditions were ensured for the National Assembly delegations during their time in Hanoi ; facilities, technical conditions, and support were provided to delegates during plenary sessions and group meetings.

Overall, the preparations for the Tenth Session were carried out proactively, professionally, synchronously, and effectively in all aspects. The units proactively coordinated closely, demonstrated a high sense of responsibility, and adhered to the practical requirements of the Session, contributing to ensuring progress, quality, and preventing errors.

Speaking at the meeting, the Secretary General of the National Assembly and Head of the National Assembly Office, Le Quang Manh, highly appreciated the proactive, responsible, and positive efforts of the departments, bureaus, and units in implementing and serving the Tenth Session. He also requested that the leaders of the departments, bureaus, and units focus on directing each unit to continue implementing the work well based on the assigned tasks and plans, ensuring the highest quality and meeting the required deadlines.
