Specifically, Mr. Le Quang Manh was elected to the position of Secretary General and Head of the National Assembly Office. Mr. Le Quang Manh (born in 1974), from Hanoi, holds a PhD in Economics , is a member of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, a member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, and a member of the 15th National Assembly.

Prior to being elected Secretary General and Head of the National Assembly Office, he held the following positions: Chairman of the People's Committee of Can Tho City, Secretary of the Can Tho City Party Committee; Head of the Finance and Budget Committee, Standing Deputy Head of the Economic and Financial Committee, and Standing Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office.
Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai was elected to the position of Chairperson of the Committee on Science, Technology and Environment. Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai (born in 1970), from Hanoi; Associate Professor, Doctor of Physics; Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, 12th and 13th terms; Member of the National Assembly, 13th, 14th, and 15th terms.
She previously held positions such as: Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office; Head of the Committee on Culture, Education, Youth, and Children; Head of the People's Petition Committee; Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee; and Head of the Committee for Representative Affairs.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong was elected Chairman of the Committee on Delegate Affairs. Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong (born in 1972), from Phu Tho province, holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Political Science degree. He is a member of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and a delegate to the 15th National Assembly.
He previously served as Secretary of the Son La Provincial Party Committee; Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission; and Standing Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Delegate Affairs.
