Mr. Le Quang Manh holds the position of Secretary General and Head of the Office of the National Assembly.

The National Assembly passed a resolution to elect Mr. Le Quang Manh as Secretary General and Head of the Office of the National Assembly.

On October 25th, continuing the program of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly , the delegates voted to approve the Resolution electing Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong as a member of the Standing Committee of the 15th National Assembly. The result was 442 out of 442 delegates participating in the vote in favor.

Alongside this were resolutions electing Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai as Chair of the National Assembly's Committee on Science , Technology and Environment for the 15th term; Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong as Chair of the Committee on Delegate Affairs; and Mr. Le Quang Manh as Secretary General of the National Assembly and Head of the National Assembly Office. The results showed that all 434 delegates participating in the vote approved the resolutions.

Mr. Le Quang Manh (51 years old), from Hanoi . He worked for a long time at the Ministry of Planning and Investment from 1997 to 2018, held many positions, and became Deputy Minister of this Ministry in March 2018.

From 2019 to 2021, Mr. Manh served as Chairman of the People's Committee and then Secretary of the Can Tho City Party Committee. In July 2021, he became a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Secretary of the Can Tho City Party Committee; a member of the 15th National Assembly and Head of the Can Tho City National Assembly Delegation.

In May 2023, Mr. Manh was elected by the National Assembly to hold the position of Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee and Chairman of the National Assembly's Finance and Budget Committee.

From February 2025, he has been a member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly and the Permanent Vice Chairman of the Economic and Financial Committee of the National Assembly.

In September 2025, Mr. Mạnh was transferred and appointed to the position of Permanent Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office; at the same time, he was assigned to direct and manage the activities of the National Assembly Office, performing the duties of the Secretary General of the National Assembly and Head of the National Assembly Office until this position is filled.

From 2013 to 2020, she served as Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office, Head of the Committee on Culture, Education, Youth, and Children, and then Head of the People's Petition Committee under the Standing Committee of the National Assembly.

In July 2021, Ms. Hai was elected to the position of Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Delegation to the National Assembly.

In June 2024, she was appointed Head of the Delegation Affairs Committee under the Standing Committee of the National Assembly after being elected a member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly by the National Assembly.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong (53 years old) is from Phu Tho province. He began his career as a prosecutor at the People's Procuracy of Viet Tri City (Phu Tho province) and held many positions at the local level, such as Head of the Internal Affairs Department of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, and Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee (2015 - 2020)...

From March 2016, Mr. Dong was assigned to serve as Deputy Secretary, then Secretary of the Son La Provincial Party Committee.

In June 2024, Mr. Dong was transferred and appointed by the Politburo as Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee.

In September 2025, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly issued a resolution on the transfer and approval of Mr. Dong to the position of Permanent Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Delegate Affairs of the 15th National Assembly.
