Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra signed a decision to award Certificates of Commendation from the Prime Minister to five individuals for their outstanding achievements in coaching and guiding athletes to win gold medals at the 2025 Southeast Asian U.23 Men's Football Championship in Indonesia.
