At the meeting, leaders of the National Assembly Office and units focused on evaluating the main work results of the National Assembly Office in 11 months and expected key tasks from now until the end of the year.

Reporting on the results of the work in the past time, Director of the General Department Phan Thi Thuy Linh said that the Office of the National Assembly has closely followed and promptly concretized the leadership and direction of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the National Assembly Chairman and Vice Chairmen; established and maintained a good management mechanism of "clear work - clear people - clear progress - clear responsibility - clear results", ensuring that all tasks are assigned, monitored and regularly urged; proactively advised on handling arising tasks.

The consulting and service methods for the Sessions and Meetings have been strongly innovated, the procedures have been standardized, the operating scripts have been more detailed and professional, and have met the requirements of the National Assembly's leadership. The work of forecasting, preparing content, and adjusting the program flexibly has contributed significantly to the overall success of the Sessions and Meetings of the National Assembly Standing Committee.

Activities serving the National Assembly Chairman and Vice Chairmen are organized scientifically , thoughtfully and solemnly; many major domestic and foreign events are advised and served effectively, creating a good impression and spreading the modern and professional image of the Vietnamese National Assembly.

Digital transformation has achieved substantial results, gradually forming a digital working environment throughout the agency. Deploying AI virtual assistants, document management systems, digitizing data, stably operating application platforms; promoting the construction of shared data warehouses and systems serving the activities of National Assembly deputies.

The organizational structure has been streamlined, effective and efficient in accordance with the direction of the Central Committee and the Standing Committee of the National Assembly; the number of focal points has been drastically reduced, the functions and tasks of units have been consolidated, and personnel have been transferred reasonably; initially creating clear changes in discipline, administrative discipline and service quality.

The fields of synthesis, administration - personnel organization, finance - management, and information and propaganda have made remarkable progress; work processing procedures have been improved; the quality of information provided to the National Assembly's leaders has ensured full and timely conditions to serve the activities of the National Assembly and its agencies.

"In particular, many urgent, large-scale tasks requiring very high progress were proactively advised and effectively implemented by the National Assembly Office and units, clearly demonstrating the spirit of innovation, discipline and responsibility of the team of civil servants and public employees," the Director of the General Department emphasized.

At the meeting, leaders of the National Assembly Office and units also pointed out a number of shortcomings that need to be overcome and agreed on key tasks from now until the end of the year for the National Assembly Office.

In his concluding remarks, Secretary General of the National Assembly and Head of the National Assembly Office Le Quang Manh also noted that there needs to be better coordination between the leaders of the National Assembly Office in charge of the unit and the leaders of departments and bureaus in implementing tasks, especially in advising and serving. successfully organize the 10th Session of the National Assembly, serve the 51st Session (3rd phase) and the 52nd Session of the National Assembly Standing Committee; prepare well for the Law-making Forum (taking place on November 22, 2025); the Patriotic Emulation Congress of the National Assembly Standing Committee (taking place on November 29, 2025)...

Along with that, continue to urgently and carefully prepare activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the first General Election to elect the National Assembly of Vietnam, focusing on organizing the Opening Ceremony of the National Assembly Museum combined with activities to announce and launch publications: book "History of the National Assembly of Vietnam, Volume V; bilingual photo book "80 years of the National Assembly of Vietnam", book "National Assembly of Vietnam - 80 years of construction, innovation and development", book "50 years of relations between the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the National Assembly of the Lao People's Democratic Republic - Comprehensive cooperation and development", ensuring appropriate scale, economical, solemn and meaningful ; organize the fourth National Press Award on the National Assembly and People's Councils; organize the 80th anniversary of the first General Election to elect the National Assembly of Vietnam; operate the electronic information page on the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term...

The Secretary General of the National Assembly and Head of the National Assembly Office also proposed to continue implementing key tasks according to the National Assembly's Digital Transformation Project; focus on perfecting and stabilizing the organizational apparatus according to Resolution No. 74 of the National Assembly Standing Committee; further promote information and propaganda work on the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly; propagate the activities of the National Assembly Chairman, Vice Chairmen of the National Assembly, National Assembly agencies, meetings of the National Assembly Standing Committee...
