
In Phu My Bac commune, the Social Insurance agency directly presented 110 health insurance cards to people in difficult circumstances in the flood-affected area; at the same time, it provided 50 million VND in cash for the local authorities to distribute to severely affected households to help overcome immediate difficulties.
The health insurance card donation program is part of a social mobilization plan aimed at providing approximately 40,000 health insurance cards to disadvantaged people nationwide.
In Gia Lai, more than 2,000 health insurance cards (worth approximately 1.2 billion VND) were mobilized from contributions by banks such as: Vietnam Agricultural and Rural Development Bank ( Agribank ), Vietnam Investment and Development Bank (BIDV), Vietnam Foreign Trade Bank (Vietcombank) and Vietnam Industrial and Commercial Bank (VietinBank).
The health insurance cards that have been mobilized will continue to be distributed to localities nationwide from now until December 25, 2025, prioritizing areas affected by natural disasters and floods.
