Actor Hong Hai suddenly passed away at the age of 31, colleagues were shocked

On the evening of June 13, Ms. Be Ngoan - actor Hong Hai's wife - shared an obituary on her personal page. The family said the actor passed away at 4:00 p.m. today, at the age of 31.

"The family would like to sincerely thank everyone who helped my husband until the last moment, but unfortunately luck did not come to him," said Hong Hai's wife.

Actor Hong Hai's relatives added that the actor lives in Phu Quoc ( Kien Giang province). Recently, he had symptoms of body aches and jaundice, so he went to Ho Chi Minh City for a medical examination.

The doctor diagnosed him with cirrhosis, multiple organ failure, duodenitis, blood poisoning... After a period of treatment, despite the doctors' dedicated efforts to save him, Hong Hai was sent home because there was no hope of recovery.

The family is currently taking care of the actor's funeral. The funeral will be held in Phuoc Hau commune, Can Giuoc district, Long An province. The burial ceremony will take place at 11:30 p.m. today, June 13, and the burial ceremony will take place at 10 a.m. on June 15. The coffin will then be cremated at Da Phuoc Cemetery (Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City).

Speaking to Dan Tri reporter, actor Quach Ngoc Tuyen said he heard about Hong Hai's recent illness through some friends. When he heard the news of his colleague's death, Quach Ngoc Tuyen was extremely saddened.

Previously, the two co-starred in the film Shark Fin Prequel: Little Fish Crossing the Big Sea (2023). For Quach Ngoc Tuyen, Hong Hai comes from an amateur background but has a passion for acting, always showing professionalism in every scene.

Hong Hai was born in 1993, known to the audience for playing the role of Hai 33 in the web series Shark Fin Prequel: Little Fish Crossing the Big Sea. His main job is a fitness trainer, martial arts teacher, and has won many medals in several domestic martial arts competitions.
