The Portuguese tactician was unhappy as the Red Devils conceded two goals within 92 seconds of the second half, handing the initiative to Nottingham Forest.

However, the way MU fought back and found the equalizer at the end of the match was a great consolation for Ruben Amorim.

Indeed, this was the first time the Manchester side had taken a point from behind since Hojlund's last-gasp equaliser against Bournemouth in March.

In an interview after the match, Amorim admitted: "In the past, if we had had 5 bad minutes like this, conceding two goals, MU would not have been able to come back.

Today was a different feeling. People might think we can't win this game, but United won't lose. And that's the feeling a big team needs."

The Red Devils fought back strongly at the end of the match and deservedly found the equalizer 2-2 thanks to a beautiful volley from the edge of the box by Amad Diallo.

Clearly, MU are now stronger both physically and mentally. The days when they had to collapse when facing an unfavorable situation seem to be in the past.

Yesterday's draw with Forest further proves that MU can overcome painful defeats to regain their position in the race.
