Many strong players participate in the 2025 Hanoi Moi Newspaper Table Tennis Tournament

VHO - The 12th Hanoi Moi Newspaper Open Table Tennis Tournament in 2025 will take place from November 7 to 9 at Cau Giay Stadium (35 Tran Quy Kien, Hanoi), gathering 400 players from 80 units in 12 provinces and cities across the country.

Compared to last season, the number of teams registered to participate in the men's amateur team event has increased sharply, showing the growing attraction of this prestigious amateur tournament.

This year's tournament has the participation of many famous faces of Vietnamese table tennis such as former national players Vu Thi No En, Nguyen Bich Ngoc, Nguyen Thi Mai, Nguyen Tuan Quynh, Vu Quang Hien and current top athletes including Nguyen Dang Hiep, Bui The Nghia, Vu Manh Huy, Nguyen Nhu Phong, Tran Manh Cuong, Nguyen Hoang Lam, Ta Hong Khanh, Le Van Duc, Lam Thu Cuc, Hoang Tra My, Tran Dieu Linh, Vu Hoai Thanh...

The tournament attracted many strong players.

Athletes will compete in 12 events from leadership, grassroots to advanced, with the rule that each athlete can register for a maximum of two events.

The Organizing Committee will award trophies, flags, medals and cash prizes to teams, pairs and individuals winning first, second and third prizes in each category, with a total prize value of more than 160 million VND, an increase of 10% compared to last year.
