During the journey back to the source in Ho Chi Minh City to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), towards the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025), on March 29, the Quang Ninh Provincial Delegation visited the Ho Chi Minh Museum and the Cu Chi Tunnels Historical Site.
At the Ho Chi Minh Museum, the delegation of Quang Ninh province respectfully offered flowers, incense and observed a minute of silence to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh; expressing deep gratitude for the merits and sacrifices for the people and the country of President Ho Chi Minh - who devoted his whole life to the cause of national liberation and class liberation; a shining example of revolutionary heroism, of solidarity in fighting, of revolutionary morality.
Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegates pledged to continue studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; striving to build Quang Ninh province into a rich, civilized, modern and happy one.
During the visit to the Ho Chi Minh Museum, delegates listened to the tour guide introduce the life and career of Uncle Ho. This is an important place to preserve many valuable documents, images and artifacts about his revolutionary life. The Ho Chi Minh Museum is also a place to express gratitude and forever remember the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh and the determination to learn his ideology, morality and style, unite and strive to build a peaceful, unified, independent, democratic and prosperous Vietnam, friendly and peaceful.
On the same day, the delegation visited the Saigon - Cho Lon - Gia Dinh Revolutionary Traditional Area and the Cu Chi Tunnels Historical Relic Site. During the visit, the delegation performed a flower and incense offering ceremony at the Saigon - Cho Lon - Gia Dinh Revolutionary Traditional Area; Ben Duoc Temple and visited the Cu Chi Tunnels Historical Relic Site. Cu Chi Tunnels is considered a miniature of the creative and varied battle formations of the army and people of Cu Chi in the resistance war against invaders, gaining independence and freedom for the Fatherland. This place is also known as the "Wonder in the middle of the steel land", a "red address", a historical and cultural destination.
