Mr. Le Minh Thuc (born in 1988, Phu Cat commune) graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. Having worked at Hoa Sen Group for a while, he held many important management positions, thereby accumulating strategic thinking before starting a business in his hometown.

Since 2017, Mr. Thuc has transformed Vien Phuong Company Limited from transportation to trading in electrical and water equipment and manufacturing plastic pipes for agriculture . Thanks to his determination to innovate, his business has expanded its market to many provinces in the Central Highlands, helping to increase revenue from less than 10 billion VND (in 2016) to more than 140 billion VND today, creating stable jobs for more than 40 workers.

Mr. Thuc shared: “My success comes from transforming my business model to expanding the production of plastic pipes for agriculture. I aim to improve the quality of the supply chain of materials, contributing to supporting local production.”

Vo Anh Tuan (born in 1980, Quy Nhon ward) is a mechanical engineer, graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. Tan Anh Tuan One Member Co., Ltd. was established in 2006, developing the production of foam boxes, EPS foam and PE foam film, a field that plays an important role in the supply chain of goods.

Anh Tuan invested heavily in technology: automatic CNC cutting machines, modern forming lines, solar power applications and digitalization of warehouse and human resource management. Productivity increased by 20-35%, products firmly dominated the Central market, trusted by many large enterprises. Revenue increased from 25 billion VND (in 2016) to nearly 70 billion VND in 2024.

Having worked in the packaging and insulation materials industry for nearly 20 years, Mr. Vo Anh Tuan shared: “I always believe that innovation is the key to long-term competitiveness. The company is currently focusing on developing product lines that meet high technical standards for the processing and manufacturing industry. I orient the future with a circular production strategy, minimizing plastic waste and applying renewable energy, contributing to reducing carbon emissions.”

In addition to economic development, Mr. Tuan always strives to create stable jobs for local workers, focusing on training new skills for workers. He hopes to bring "Made in Gia Lai" products to a wider market in the South and for export.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Oanh (born in 1985, Quy Nhon ward) graduated from the Foreign Trade University in Ho Chi Minh City, has many years of experience in the field of finance and international trade before returning to participate in managing the family business.

Since 2009, she has contributed to helping Quoc Tu Trading Company Limited expand its automobile distribution system in Hoai Nhon ward and neighboring communes and wards. In 2020, she established Quoc Thien Phuc Company Limited in Quy Nhon, aiming to develop a model of automobile dealership and green technology services. By 2025, the company will become a 3S authorized dealer of TMT Motors, distributing Wuling electric vehicles in line with the green transportation trend. Revenue has grown impressively from 1.16 billion VND (in 2021) to 96.75 billion VND in 2024.
