Revenue in the first 6 months of the year of enterprises in Industrial Parks reached more than 60 trillion VND

In the first 6 months of 2025, the Provincial Industrial Parks (IPs) Management Board issued 7 new Investment Registration Certificates to enterprises investing in IPs. Of which, 4 DDI projects with a total investment capital of 355 billion VND and 3 FDI projects with a total investment capital of 15.889 million USD.

The Board also adjusted the Investment Registration Certificate for 16 projects, including: 4 projects adjusted to increase investment capital with a total additional capital of 250 billion VND and 11.87 million USD; 12 projects adjusted investor information, project objectives, and project implementation progress.

As of May 29, 2025, the industrial parks have attracted 186 investment projects, including 97 domestic direct investment (DDI) projects with a total registered investment capital of VND 23,228.9 billion and 89 FDI projects with a total registered investment capital of USD 2,379.2 million. Notably, among the 164 enterprises that have entered stable production and business, many enterprises continue to expand projects and increase capacity, typically BYD Vietnam Company with an expected increase of VND 5,000 billion in revenue; Future Innovation Vietnam Company with an expected increase of VND 200 billion in revenue.

In general, enterprises in industrial parks and in 2 industrial clusters (Bach Hac, Dong Lang) managed by the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board, the revenue in the first 6 months of 2025 is estimated at 60,500 billion VND, equal to 137% over the same period last year, reaching 45% of the annual plan. Budget contribution is 650 billion VND, equal to 93% over the same period last year, reaching 32.5% of the annual plan. Export value is estimated at 7,500 million USD, equal to 125% over the same period last year, reaching 46.8% of the plan. Total number of employees is 63,000, equal to 105% over the same period last year, reaching 97% of the annual plan. Average income is 8.0 million VND/person/month, equal to 111% over the same period last year.
