The program has the participation of 70 units from provinces and cities across the three regions of North - Central - South. The program's space is cleverly designed and arranged, highlighting the fusion of Hue culinary quintessence with localities across the country. There will be many culinary promotion and display activities such as: Salted rice, Van Cu noodles, Hue beef noodles... performed by famous culinary artists Mai Thi Tra, artisan Nguyen Van Tich, artisan Tran Thi Hong Loan...

Besides, people and tourists have the opportunity to enjoy other unique delicacies from ethnic minorities in A Luoi, Phu Loc (Hue City) and famous restaurants and hotels in the locality.

According to Director of Hue City Department of Tourism Tran Thi Hoai Tram, the program "Hue - Culinary Capital" promises to create a unique and attractive culinary cultural space, one of the highlights in the series of cultural activities - festivals at the National Tourism Year and Hue Festival 2025 during the April 30 and May 1 holidays.

The participation of artisans and chefs from many regions has created a brilliant picture of Vietnamese cuisine, where the sophistication of the North, the richness of the Central and the sincerity of the South intersect. This diversity has created the attraction of the program, making Hue a meeting place for those who love Vietnamese cuisine and culture.

The program "Hue - Culinary Capital" is considered the fusion of Hue culinary quintessence with other localities across the country.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Hue City awarded the trademark certificate and launched the "Hue - Culinary Capital" Identity System to the Department of Tourism to continue promoting culinary strengths, contributing to the development of local tourism.
