Today, November 4, also the 15th day of the 9th lunar month, is the last day of the 2025 vegetarian food festival taking place at Binh Phu Park (HCMC). The event is organized by the HCMC Culinary Association (FBA) in coordination with the People's Committee of Binh Phu Ward, with the support of many businesses.
Within the framework of the festival taking place over 5 days from October 31 to November 4, the green drink mixing competition "Healthy Drink Vietnam 2025" brings many unique drinks that fascinate diners.

The organizers said that the "Healthy Drink Vietnam" contest at the 2025 vegetarian food festival is a playground for young bartenders, encouraging the use of Vietnamese ingredients - Vietnamese flavors with local fruits and herbs to create healthy drinks, in line with the spirit of green cuisine, good for health, not wasting resources.

The contest attracted a large number of contestants, students from schools training in restaurant, hotel and food service management in Ho Chi Minh City as well as other provinces.

"Healthy Drink Vietnam 2025" aims to honor original, plant-based drinks to preserve and maintain the cultural values of Vietnamese folk cuisine. In addition, according to the Organizing Committee of the 2025 Vegetarian Food Festival, the competition also encourages creativity in mixing, promotes innovation and the combination of natural ingredients, towards health, green cuisine and sustainable development.

In recent days, the 2025 vegetarian food festival in Ho Chi Minh City has had many special activities. Notably, there are two culinary competitions including "Green Master Chef Vietnam 2025" and "Green Future Chef Vietnam 2025" with the competition of hundreds of professional chefs, student chefs from schools, restaurants, hotels and leading culinary training centers in Ho Chi Minh City. In particular, the festival also organized the 2025 International Vegetarian Conference with the participation of more than 20 speakers from 15 countries and territories with developed vegetarian cuisine (India, Thailand, Singapore, Japan, Brazil, Korea...) organized by the World Vegetarian Alliance.
