Reflecting the entire army's tasks comprehensively; ensuring timeliness, depth, and closeness to the lives and tasks of soldiers.
Regarding program innovation, Senior Lieutenant General Truong Thien To requested that the content be innovated but must ensure quality, uniqueness, specialization, and maximum exploitation of broadcasting time. Programs that are closely linked together become the "meeting place" of the production team for the audience. Focus on changing the content and method of program implementation, increasing broadcasting time, paying attention to broadcasting time to ensure dissemination to a wide audience.
The program changes are carefully considered and calculated to ensure effectiveness, with each program's identity, scientific and attractive content, and direct impact on viewers. Integrate the program "Finding comrades" with the program "Message to find comrades". Develop the program "Building National Defense Potential" to propagate the Party and State's guidelines on building political, spiritual, military, economic, cultural, scientific and technological potentials associated with national defense and security... to contribute to strengthening the country's overall strength and self-defense capability, maintaining a peaceful and stable environment for economic development, while being ready to effectively respond to all challenges, protecting the Fatherland early and from afar. The building of potentials must be carried out synchronously, comprehensively and firmly, under the absolute and direct leadership of the Party in all aspects. The Military Radio and Television Center coordinated with Vietnam Television to survey the TV audience index, thereby providing a basis for changing program content.
Propose that Vietnam Television support the innovation of programs, ensure appropriate duration; broadcast content on the national foreign television channel Vietnam Today to promote the image of the Vietnam People's Army to the world.
